Shipping
All orders ship for $5. We utilize USPS and UPS for our orders. Tracking information is provided automatically to the email address associated with your account. Orders are shipped out throughout the week, typically within 2 business days, or less. During warmer months, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure that your chocolate doesn't spend the weekend in a hot UPS warehouse.
We utilize a variety of insulation and cooling approaches, dependent on expected weather conditions to ensure your chocolate arrives promptly and without damage. However, we ask that you follow tracking updates to ensure you receive your products promptly and get them into proper storage, especially on warmer days. If for some reason you have an issue with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team right away at customerservice@funcho.co
At this time, our products are only available for sale, shipping and use in the United States.
Returns
