I literally don’t give reviews

I love this stuff It introduced me to a bunch of herbal ingredients I buy either on their own to work into my night routine or just have in this chocolate I have diagnosed insomnia, anxiety, and depression and no longer take prescription sleep meds because this helps me relax and fall asleep at night without being drowsy the next day.
